Prepare your artwork for print
Start with the exact product configuration. The finished size, printed sides, folds and finishing determine which files your project needs.
1. Choose the specification before designing
Confirm the material, finished size, quantity and finish in the product configurator. A folded brochure needs artwork arranged for its panels; a bound document needs its selected pages. Do not reuse a template from a different size or model.
2. Use the matching template
Check the product's Templates section or ask Woop Print for the template that matches your configuration. Follow its trim, bleed, fold and safe-area guidance. Keep important text inside the indicated safe area and remove template guides from the final artwork.
Bleed and layout requirements vary by product. A generic bleed value is not a substitute for the correct template.
Ask about your artwork template3. Upload every required file
The upload form lists the files required by your selection. Supply front and back when both are printed, all document pages where requested, and separate finishing masks when required. Review the accepted file type and size shown by each upload field.
If you choose to upload later, return to your order in your account. Payment does not replace artwork review or approval.
4. Review the current proof
Check spelling, contact details, dimensions, orientation, placement and every printed side or page. Review any file warnings. If something needs correcting, request changes before approving.
After changes, review the new complete proof set. Your approval applies to that revision. Production requires confirmed payment and approval of the current proof; approved files are locked against further uploads until the order is formally reopened.
